As I realize that I am almost half done with my summer I realize that the more days that go by the more I get really sad that I am gonna be leaving my friends and my family (and my dog). I had to start applying for my Student Visa and looking at jackets (since I don't really own any real jackets because California winter is mild).

Current Obsession: Trying to spend as little on food as possiblen so that when I get to Scotland I can spend it on whatever I damn well please. From pints (yeah Mom, I'm gonna have some beer) to weekend trips, I'm saving it all up.
Food for thought: The new Girl Talk album is available for download. They have gone the Radiohead route where you can pay whatever you want and download it anyways. Part of me thinks that you shouldn't pay anything because Gregg Gillis just takes samples from other albums but at the same time for anyones who ever tried to do anything remotely close to what he does, its SUPER hard. So who knows... maybe I'll just buy it when it comes to the stores in September and resist the temptation to not pay anything for it.
