They are trying to change the rules so that there is nudity, no drinking and no floats.

In no way am I promoting early monring drinking, or public nudity (because for the most part the people who go nude shouldn't) but they also banned having floats as well. All these rules and regulations and killing the soul of San Francisco. I know this may seem somewhat a dramatic statement but its events like Bay 2 Breakers that are why I truly love the city. Dressed, nude, sober, drunk its all a part of the culture.
Whats next? No Pillow Fight on Valentines Day?
